The fixed gas alarm system is made up of the controller of the monitoring room and the gas detector on the spot. The two parts must be installed correctly to ensure the normal use of the gas alarm system.
Specification for installation of a gas alarm controller,:
(1) gas alarm controller power plug should be grounded or ground wire.
(2) the shell of the gas alarm controller is strictly prohibited, otherwise it will affect the shielding effect on the static electricity.
(3) the gas alarm controller should be installed in the non explosion-proof place, such as the instrument room, and need someone to inspect it so as to find the alarm in time and strictly prohibit the installation of the explosion-proof place.
(4) the gas alarm controller, regardless of the installation method, should ensure fixed firmly, avoid vibration, dust and water, the environment should conform to the requirements of the instrument specification.
(5) the gas alarm controller should adopt a relatively clean power supply to avoid the use of the same power supply with the large motor equipment.
Two, gas detector installation note
(1) gas detector should choose the valve and pipe outlet interface, or easy to discharge a radius of 1 meters range near the site, as close as possible, but do not affect other equipment operation, and try to avoid high temperature and high humidity environment, the temperature range of not more than the detector and humidity range, to avoid external influences, such as oil and water, likely to cause mechanical damage.
(2) there are many ways to install gas detectors. Roof lifting, wall installation or pipe erection should be adopted. We should ensure that the installation is solid and reliable, and at the same time, we should consider the convenience of the detector's maintenance and calibration. (3) when the gas detector is installed, the sensor should be fixed downwards, the locking nut should be completely screwed up, the probe cap should be completely covered, and the screws should be tightened to achieve the standard of explosion protection.
